We asked Stephan Sieber, CEO of UNIT 4 to tell us more about his daily routine. Here what he shared with us:

30 AM          Wake up. Sieber´s morning routine in his home in Holland includes drinking water,   personal hygiene, eating fresh fruit, reading his emails and news on his iPad and last but not least  3 to 4 times a week time spending time on his spinning bike.

30 AM          Driving with his Tesla to the Unit4 Office or the airport while either listening to his favorite Swiss radio station SRF 3 via internet radio or most often having calls with his management team to check forecasts, progress on projects and get ready for the day.

30 AM           Meeting with his assistant to go over the daily agenda and pressing issues.

All day long     Meeting customers, prospects, employees, analysts and discuss how Unit4 can live up to its purpose of being in business for people even better.

.00 PM             Catch up on emails, administrative stuff and despite digitalization signing of a lot of documents.

30 PM             If not traveling: Finally, just being home, having a quick bite and an ad-hoc up-date from his kids on daily activities and plans for the day ahead …while they go to bed.

00 PM             If time permits and kids are in bed, a short moment with his wife over a tea or a good glass of wine.

00 PM           Read a book, the newspaper and check the latest emails.

00 PM           Lights out and sweet dreams of another stellar quarter to deliver.
